Archives of Falconry Book Auction

The Archives of Falconry has assembled one of the finest falconry libraries in existence—now numbering over eighteen hundred volumes—thanks to generous donations by our friends and supporters.

Donated books are sometimes the very ones we’ve been striving to add to our collection. On the other hand, some donated books may already be in our collection. That’s fine! The most desirable copy is kept; the other is made available to our supporters as a “deaccessioned” duplicate. Funds realized from duplicate sales are used to purchase—as opportunities arise—rare, unique, hard-to-get or otherwise unusual additions judged not to be readily available through normal donations to our library.
