  • 13 May 2017   —    International Migratory Bird Day Festival

    Location: The World Center for Birds of Prey

    Stopover for International Migratory Bird Day as we celebrate migratory bird species and how we can help them on their way. The Peregrine Fund along side our partners, the Intermountain Bird Observatory (IBO), Idaho Fish and Game's MK Nature Center, and the Golden Eagle Audubon Society will put on activites, hands on art projects, guided birding walks, and live raptor presentations. Food may be purchased in the courtyard, courtesy of Foxy Franks. Admission is free for children under 4 and for members of the participating organizations.

  • 19 May 2017   —    Endangered Species Day

    Location: World Center for Birds of Prey

    Observe Endangered Species Day and learn about global conservation efforts to save endangered birds of prey. Meet the congenial California Condors, and the affable Aplomado Falcons. Celebrate the recovery of Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, and other Peregrine Fund projects around the world during your visit to the World Center for Birds of Prey.

Daily Programs

Daily Events at the World Center for Birds of Prey

The Velma Morrison Interpretive Center has a regular daily schedule of live bird demonstrations to help you plan your visit.You also can join public tours of The Archives of Falconry twice daily. All tours begin in the visitor center.
