Upcoming Events at the World Center for Birds of Prey, Boise, Idaho

Winter Hours 10 A.M. – 4 P.M. , Tuesday – Sunday , Closed Mondays
 

As of June 2008 the Archives of Falconry is open to the public
with  daily scheduled tours at 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
 

October
Weekends Frequent Flyers Month--11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (weather permitting) - Trish Nixon, Raptor Specialist, and Jim Willmarth, Curator of Birds, will be flying birds every weekend in October.

Open House--Reduced admission, children's activities, and drawing for the quilt "Fire and Ice."   9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
November
1 Winter Hours begin--Open Tuesday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  closed Mondays until the end of February.
7 Volunteer Training-- 6:00 p.m.— 8:00 p.m.  This training will focus on the future of the Interpretive Center and our Interpretive Goals.  All volunteers are encouraged to attend.
27 Thanksgiving--Interpretive Center will be closed.
December
6 Volunteer Holiday Party

Christmas--Interpretive Center will be closed.
January
1
New Year's Day--Interpretive Center will be closed.
