Volunteers are a critical part of the success of the World Center for Birds of Prey.

Many of our volunteer roles are within the Education Program at the Velma Morrison Interpretive Center. Those roles include Docent, Visitor Experience Ambassador, Tour Guide, Raptor Care, Merchandise Handler, and more. Volunteers also engage with various departments across our headquarters including our habitat restoration, maintenance, Propagation, and Research Library!

Thank you for your interest in sharing your time and talents with The Peregrine Fund!

Hear from our volunteers

"I volunteer at TPF because it is an amazing place and I love being a part of one of the most influential and positive programs on issues that really matter to our planet."

"I have learned and am learning so much vital info. Anyone who wants to continue to learn new things would love volunteering. Most guests are also so awed by the Center and our birds. It’s very rewarding to witness their curiosity & love for nature, especially with kids!"

"My volunteer experience helped me overcome my reluctance to speak in front of others, which became a valuable asset in my professional career. And it was fun! It is a debt that cannot be repaid, except by supporting the organization and other volunteers."
